This Photography Class Weekend aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of lighting, posing, and retouching, while also offering valuable insights into the world of International and Celebrity Photography J.Monroe.

Cancellation Policy

Photography Class Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your participation in our photography class. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation and Refund: If you decide to cancel your enrollment in the photography class, you will be eligible for a 25% refund of the total class fee. Requests for cancellation and refund must be made in writing via email to booking@JMonroeMedia.com no later than 3 days before the scheduled class date. Rescheduling Option: In lieu of a refund, you have the option to reschedule and attend another photography class when Monroe offers another session. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled class date are not eligible for a refund but may still be considered for rescheduling based on availability. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the class without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. It is essential to inform us in advance if you are unable to attend. Class Availability: The option to reschedule is subject to the availability of open slots in future class sessions. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on class availability. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of approval and will be issued using the original payment method. Class Changes by Monroe: In the rare event that Monroe has to cancel or reschedule a class, registered participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered.
