Cancellation Policy

To ensure a fair and transparent process for both our clients and our business, we have established the following cancellation policy for headshot photography shoots: 1. Refund Policy: In the event of a cancellation, clients will not be eligible for a refund. The deposit paid for the photography shoot will be considered non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling and Credit: Clients who need to cancel their scheduled appointment have the option to reschedule within three (3) months from the original booking date. 3. Notification of Cancellation: Clients must notify Monroe Media of their intention to cancel or reschedule via email at Booking@JMonroeMedia.com. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to receive credit. 4. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit. In such cases, the deposit amount paid for the photography shoot will be forfeited. 5. Exceptions: Monroe Media understands that emergencies and unexpected situations may occur. In exceptional cases, we may review requests for cancellations on an individual basis. 6. How to Reschedule: To reschedule a photography shoot, clients must contact us at Booking@JMonroeMedia.com and provide the necessary details to facilitate the rescheduling process. By booking a headshot photography shoot with Monroe Media, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
